These terms govern your use of the website of MAF General Trading Company Ltd ("MAF", "we", "us"). By using this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms.

1. About this website

This website provides information about MAF's wholesale beverage catalogue and lets you send us inquiries and quotation requests. It is not an online shop. No prices are shown publicly, no orders are concluded on the website, and no payment is taken through the website.

2. Quotations and orders

• A quotation request submitted through this website or by WhatsApp is a request only. It does not create a contract.
• A sale is agreed only once MAF confirms the products, quantities, price, payment terms and delivery in writing (including by WhatsApp or email).
• Prices, stock and availability are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of order.
• The standard wholesale unit is one bag = 24 pieces. Minimum quantities may apply.

3. Products and brands

MAF is a wholesale trader and distributor. Beverage brands, product names, packaging and images shown on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods MAF supplies. MAF is not the manufacturer of these products unless stated otherwise.

4. Trade route and delivery

MAF supplies wholesale customers along the Tanzania–Congo (DRC) trade corridor. Delivery terms, timelines, transport, customs and any related costs are agreed separately for each order.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and order information, to use the website lawfully, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

6. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MAF is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, from reliance on information on it, or from any interruption of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MAF General Trading Company Ltd in Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any dispute will be handled in the competent courts of those jurisdictions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.
